We offer fast and convenient flower delivery in Larnaca, and under ideal circumstances, your bouquet will be delivered within 3 hours after placing the order. We always strive to deliver on time, but there may be minor delays from time to time.

Required Data for Delivery

For successful and accurate delivery of your order, we need the following information. Please make sure you provide the following details correctly so that we can guarantee your order will be delivered to the correct address:

  1. Email – for sending the receipt and status updates about your order.
    IMPORTANT: If you accidentally entered the wrong email address and payment has already been made, don’t worry! Contact us via messenger or email and we will resolve this issue quickly!
  2. Customer’s name – for correct addressing during communication.
  3. Postal code
  4. Street
  5. Building number
  6. Apartment/office number – if the order needs to be delivered to a specific room, please provide the number.
  7. Desired delivery date – this date may differ from the actual delivery date in some cases, but you will be notified in advance, and if you are not satisfied with the change, you will have the option to return the paid amount before the delivery.
  8. Desired delivery time – delivery time may also vary, and if changes occur, you will be notified in advance and can refuse the delivery, receiving a refund.
  9. Recipient’s name – for correct delivery and addressing your order.
  10. Recipient’s phone number – necessary for communication and clarification of delivery details.
  11. Note for the bouquet – if you would like to send a personal message to the recipient.
  12. Additional delivery instructions – for example, if we should not ring the doorbell or notify the recipient in advance about the delivery.

Important: Entering the recipient’s address is not required. We can confirm it directly with the recipient by phone, after notifying them about the delivery.

Anonymous Delivery

If you wish to send flowers anonymously, we can arrange the delivery without disclosing who the sender is. However, if the recipient insists on knowing who the flowers are from, we will need to contact you to resolve the matter.

Delivery Cost

The first delivery is always free! If the first delivery attempt fails due to the recipient's or the customer's fault, the next delivery will be charged.
The cost of repeat delivery ranges from 10 to 20 euros, depending on the location, and can reach up to 30 euros if the delivery is outside the city.

Packaging and Note

Each bouquet comes in an elegant kraft paper wrapping. You can specify the color of the paper in the order description.
We also include a note where you can write your wishes or a message for the recipient.

Changing the Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address, you can do so for free if at least one hour remains before the scheduled delivery time.
Simply contact us via messenger or email.

Delivery times and delays

Order delivery is available within the next 4-5 hours from the payment of the order, for small compositions (up to 30-40 cm in diameter).

While we always strive to deliver your bouquets on time, in some cases, delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days.
However, such delays have occurred very rarely throughout our entire operation!
